What Upway is
Upway is a travel search and planning tool run by [legal entity]. It answers your questions with live fares and seats. It can make mistakes, and a result is a picture of one moment: fares and seats change fast. Check the fare, the dates and the rules with the seller before you pay.
Who sells a fare and who issues the ticket
Where Upway sells a cash fare, the sale is made by [legal entity], a ticket agent and not the airline. The airline issues the ticket and its own conditions apply to the flight. Where Upway cannot sell a fare, it sends you to the airline to book, and the sale is made with the airline.
A seat you book with points is booked with the airline or the program, not with Upway. Upway shows the seat and lines up the steps.
Accounts
You need an account to save trips, connect an inbox or book. Keep your sign in to yourself. You can stop using Upway any time, and you can ask us to close your account by writing to help@upway.travel.
Using the site fairly
Do not use Upway to copy its results in bulk, to get round its limits on free questions, or to break the law. We may limit or stop access that does.
What is not settled yet
The limits on what Upway is liable for, the law that governs these terms and where a dispute is heard are still being settled with our lawyers. Until this page says otherwise, write to help@upway.travel with any problem and a person will answer.
